Purchasing:
We try to make purchasing very simple here at Pet-Tique by listing sizes and prices with each product. We also include sizing instructions in the description line of each clothing and collar item. Our shopping cart will automatically total your order and calculate shipping prior to your payment. If you ever have a question about a product, or it’s sizing please feel free to contact us by phone (216) 631-2050 or email us by using our contact us page.

Measuring: Please take care in accurately measuring your pet per the description line for each item. This will save you time and inconvenience in returning items that do not fit properly. We carry products from many different manufactures in order to provide you a better selection. Each manufacturer tends to measure their products differently, in other words, not all XS are the same size.

All products are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Closeout/Customized/As Is or Damaged items will be marked as such on the website and cannot be returned due to their discounted nature and are considered final sale items.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax charged for orders delivered outside of the state of Ohio. Ohio State Law requires that we charge sales tax for all on-line orders that are to be delivered within the state of Ohio.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Money Orders.

Shipping:
We ship to the United States and Canada. We charge actual shipping where possible and try to ship most items within 5 business days. We ship Monday-Friday. The pugs, as part of their contract, have negotiated no shipping on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Some items are shipped directly from a 3rd party location and may require additional shipping time.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes as many of our items require a signature or are too large to fit inside a postal box or mail slot when delivered. For your security, we do not like to leave items unsecured.

Return and Exchange Policy:
We and the pugs want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any Pet-Tique purchase misses the mark, you can return your item to us in its original and unused condition within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund.

All items being returned for a refund or exchange must be sent with a copy of your email receipt or packaging slip to:

We suggest you securely package and insure the item being returned for your protection as we can not be responsible for the safety of your item during return shipping. Please only use the above address as we can not be responsible for misdirected or lost returns. UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or another company with package tracking capabilities is strongly recommended to ensure your package gets to us. No COD returns will be accepted.

After a return is received, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are unsoiled, unused, and in their original packaging with any original documentation, instructions, warranty cards, manuals, or accessories. We make every effort to process returns quickly. Please allow for 10-14 days after our receiving the item to process the item with your credit or exchange.

Once the return has been processed, you will be credited the original sale price of the item, less any shipping, handling or restocking fees, or the replacement item will be sent to you in case of an exchange.

Please take care in measuring your pet accurately as possible to save you time and convenience. Note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Food, Perishables, Treats, Toys, Sale Items, and all Customized or Special Order Items as they are final sale items.

Any items being returned showing damage or wear will be donated to a canine or feline rescue organization as they can not be restocked. Since we can not give you a credit for such items you can have the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped a dog or cat in need.

Donations:
We honor as many requests as possible since it is impossible to full fill all requests made of us each year. For this reason we limit requests to organizations who service the community in the Greater Cleveland Metropolitan Area and those National Organizations who have a presence in the Cleveland Metropolitan Area. Please submit your request with a description of the Charity and it’s Not For Profit Number, Event date, purpose and estimated attendance, and contact information. Your organization must be a non-profit organization as defined by the IRS. The pugs use all information given to make sure we do the most good with the resources we have.

Copyrights:
All images in our store are copyrighted by us or the manufacturer. This means you can not legally copy any image and place it on your web site. Products and other company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners and therefore subject to enforcement through them.
